Verification record
Every claim in this article was checked against the abstracts of the papers it cites, by a separate pass that was given those abstracts and nothing else. A claim marked supported carries the sentence that supports it, quoted verbatim below.

Claim by claim
In a single spring-season field trial in Sunsari, Nepal, mustard seed cake applied at 6 t/ha produced the highest grain yield (5.07 t/ha) and was the only treatment to significantly outperform all others.
SupportedUnclassifiedUnclassified. The study design could not be determined automatically.
“Mustard seed cake was the only treatment that significantly out-performed all others, recording the greatest plant height (110.53 cm), flag leaf area (54.14 cm²), filled grains panicle⁻¹ (115.93), grain yield (5.07 t ha⁻¹) and biological yield (10.94 t ha⁻¹), with the second-lowest grain sterility (28.75%).”
The abstract fully supports the claim, confirming the trial location, spring-season design, application rate of 6 t/ha, and mustard seed cake's uniquely superior grain yield of 5.07 t/ha.

Recommended inorganic NPK (120:40:50 kg/ha) supported early vegetative growth but was overtaken by mustard seed cake during the reproductive and yield-formation stages.
SupportedUnclassifiedUnclassified. The study design could not be determined automatically.
“Inorganic NPK promoted favorable early vegetative growth but was progressively surpassed by mustard seed cake during the reproductive and yield-formation phases.”
The abstract directly confirms that inorganic NPK promoted early vegetative growth but was surpassed by mustard seed cake during reproductive and yield-formation stages.

Grain yields of farm yard manure, goat manure, poultry manure, vermicompost, recommended NPK and the unfertilized control did not differ significantly from one another.
SupportedUnclassifiedUnclassified. The study design could not be determined automatically.
“Grain yields of the remaining treatments, including the unfertilized control, did not differ significantly from one another”
The text identifies the remaining treatments apart from mustard seed cake as farm yard manure, goat manure, poultry manure, vermicompost, recommended NPK, and the unfertilized control, and explicitly states their grain yields did not differ significantly from one another.

The trial used one rice variety (Hardinath-1), one site, one season and three replications, and the authors call for multi-season confirmation.
Partially supportedUnclassifiedUnclassified. The study design could not be determined automatically.
“This study therefore evaluated seven fertilizer treatments on the growth and yield of spring rice (cv. Hardinath-1) at Gadhi Rural Municipality-3, Sunsari, Nepal, under a randomized complete block design with three replications during the spring season of 2025.”
The abstract confirms the variety, site, season, and replications in one sentence and calls for multi-season trials in another, but no single verbatim span carries all elements of the claim.

Reviews of biostimulants and stress-mitigation amendments report that field efficacy is context- and dose-dependent and often difficult to reproduce.
Partially supportedMeta-analysisMeta-analysis
“Special emphasis is placed on hormetic dose–response dynamics and crop- or environment-specific outcomes, supported by analyses of methodological challenges that often obscure reproducibility.”
The abstracts describe biostimulant and stress-mitigation efficacy as dose- and context-specific and prone to reproducibility issues, but the claim synthesizes points across both reviews rather than matching a single verbatim span.

What this does and does not prove
It proves that every DOI cited resolves to a real registered work whose returned DOI matches the one requested, that none of them is retracted, and that each claim has a named sentence in a cited abstract behind it.
It does not prove that the paper as a whole supports the claim. An abstract can overstate its own findings, and a sentence can be read out of context. That is why the quote is printed here rather than summarised: if the check is wrong, you can see that it is wrong.
Evidence grading is automatic and conservative. Anything it cannot classify is marked unclassified rather than flattered upward.
